3. What does it cost to work with us?

We have standard package for weddings and birthdays, which is easy for our clients. However, if you find the services listed didn't meet your needs, you can always talk to us, and we CUSTOMIZE a quotation for you based on your budget and requirement. We provide visuals after deposit has been made as a confirmation, and a charge will occur if there’s cancellation after we have started work on the visual. For our online products, due to personalisation, full payment is needed before service commences. Bear in mind that if your order is being processed for printing and production, it cannot be canceled by you or our team and there will be no refunds too.

4. Do you travel?

Our team based in Penang, Malaysia. But we are up for discussion to travel for a memorable event. You can always talk to us, hit us an email or a call right away. Transportation charges apply.

5. What size of event / order do you take?

There are not many “typical” scenarios when it comes to our clients and events – and we love it that way! One day, we have a corporate event for a couple hundred attendees, and then the next week we have a public festival for uncountable attendees. Occasionally, we have an intimate private event for under 100 guests.

6. Do you offer rush services?

If you have a last-minute event, kindly enquire within! Sometimes we can, but not 100% guarantee. We’ll help you if we’re able to meet your requirement at the requested time frame.
